Note 4 battery warning not working

After the 2 recent Verizon updates I discovered the last 2 days that i no longer get battery loe warnings or get the battery saver but instead totally run down to zero and turn off with no warning at all! Any ideas or others seeing this?

Mine gave the normal warning at 15% like it always has.

Ever since I got 5.1 my phone powers down at about 20% battery left. I'm on AT&T. If I reboot my phone it powers back up about 20% less battery than when I powered it down. Brie the last security patch it was a higher drop/power down than that.
