Hello all. I have figured out why I wasn't receiving the 5.901 or 5.902 updates from Verizon. Here is what I did to finally receive them.
1. Turn on wifi w/connection
2. Go into Battery Mode and put it on Maximum Performance.
3. In the same area, go into Data Delivery > Social Applications and uncheck Sync Over Wifi.
4. Now go into the check for updates and it should work. It did for me.
