Not reading sim card at times

Has anyone have their razor say no sim card. Mine did today it was odd. Anybody have the same issue?

I had this problem like 2 days after I bought my phone. Called Tech Support, and didn't really help, still received it.
I just went to the Verizon store, told them the problem and say I talked to Tech Support, and they just gave me a new SIM card, ever since that, no problem
