the only time i get notifications for the majority of my apps is if i connect to wifi. even after ive already opened the app and seen what was sent or whatever, i get a notification hours later once i connect to wifi.
i have no problems getting text and email notifications. but facebook, twitter, shapchat, and some others only notify me if im connected to wifi. ive checked the data usage and none of the apps have the box checked for restricting data.
does anybody have ANY idea why this is happening all of a sudden?
