Not compatiable with apps in market

It keeps saying my device isn't compatible when I try to download an app from the market. It will download games, but nothing else.

Did you try clearing the data and cache in your market app? Did you mess with your screen Lcd density? If you changed the density change it back to 240 and clear the market data and cache then reboot your phone then try downloading apps again.
