I've heard of music controls in lockscreen, I think I've hread of music controls in the notification bar, but what about music controls when u hold the home button down? I like playing live holdem and listen to music and have to use the home button to switch to music then back to holdem in order to switch songs and it kinda throws holdem off. it would be awesome to just hold home, then next song, and back out. Who would be the best person to talk to App devs or rom devs?

You could always email music app developers (Google Music, doubleTwist, etc.) and pitch that idea. Find those apps and addresses in the Market and fire off a few emails.
