Ok so I have rom manager premium and attempted to download and install my very first rom. the rom downloaded and installed (I think) I saw a lot action on the phone. The phone attempted to reset itself and is now stuck on M logo. I have no clue what to do next or how to use clockworkmod recovery to fix it. Please someone help me.

You likely need to flash a different kernel, you can get into clockwork recovery by holding "x" on the keyboard while the phone boots.

Are you sure its stuck? It takes a few minutes to make it past the M logo after a rom flash.

Always remember to do a nandroid backup before flashing anything.

    Droid X = no kernel flashing. :)

Can you force the reboot into recovery? Did you wipe before installing the ROM? Did Clockwork flash quickly or slowly? Did you install bootstrap?

Judging by the forum it should have been. But no worries.

    OP, have we lost you?

The only silly question is the one that looks like this:

"How can I root my iPhone with z4root?"

    :D
