Nokia A1 Android Mid-Range Device Image and Some Details Leaked [Rumor]

    Our friends over at AndroidAuthority have an exclusive worth sharing with you folks today (hopefully it isn't an April Fool's Joke). They received a supposedly leaked image and a few details for a Nokia Android smartphone called the A1.

    As you can probably surmise from the pic above, the device is a larger display smartphone, 5.5-inch to be precise. This is definitely no flagship, as the few specs revealed are decidedly mid-range:
    • 5.5-inch 1080p display
    • Qualcomm Snapdragon 652
    • Android 6.0 Marshmallow
    It's not much, and in fact, you could argue the phone is rather generic looking. It's a far cry from the cutting edge phones Nokia used to make during the hay-day of dumb cell phones. What do you folks think?

    I think Nokia will target the emerging markets. If they price the phone right, they can get volume sales in a short time period. Which is what they need in order to revive their name...
