Hey everyone! Im new here and had a couple questions about rooting.. I have no micro SD adapter for my pc, so there is no way of me mounting my SD to my pc. Is a Root out of the question? Or can I get around this via USB? Thanks!

You can plug the phone into the computer via the USB cable, bring down the notification bar, then tap "select to copy files to/from your computer"

Ok. I have watched many videos of the proceedure on youtube, and in all of the videos they take the SD micro out of the droid and put it in the computer. Is that not required? I can just send the superuser/update.zip file straight across with USB?

Idk why anyone would turn off there phone take out the battery and take out the sdcard. When they can just leave the phone on and connect with USB.
