I just received my new Droid X and had some difficulties getting it activated. To get it activated I had to call support. The support person on the other end had me turn my phone off, wait while they did something, then turn it back on. I was able to send/receive emails, send/receive texts, but when it comes to phone calls, I have an issue. The call goes through, but I can't hear anything, the person on the other end of the call can hear me. I turned the volume control to maximum and still nothing. I installed Pandora and am able to hear music just fine which makes me wonder.
Is this an issue anyone has seen? Or is it possible my new Droid X is defective?
