no music on new SD card

I installed a new Kingston Class 2 - 32 GB Micro SDHC in my Droid (original Droid) and formatted the SDHC in the Droid. I then copied all the folders from my backup on my PC to the new SDHC. Everything works on the phone except I cannot play any music. I have about 13 GB of music that shows up in the Astro file manager but I cannot get the Droid music play, Poweramp or Winamp to find the music files. If I go through Astro to the music files I can select one and play it using any music player but the music players can't seem to find the music files' location.
Any ideas on how to fix this so I can play music?
