No mobile data boot stock safestrap

I installed cm10.1 using ssfestrap and all is fine. However when i boot back into stock(non safe). The phone will not get mobile data, the connection bars stay white and never turn blue even if i let it sit there for a while. I have rebooted several times and wiped the cache using stock recovery. when i boot into cm10.1 i do get data connection. What might be preventing the stock o/s from connecting to 4g?

ok I really didnt find an answer to this. the problem seems to have corrected itself. I went to another location and rebooted back into stock o/s. The 4G icon stayed white for a while but then finally turned blue and I was able to get data on the phone again. I don't know what the issue was when I was at home, I left the phone idle for an hour and the 4G icon stayed white and I could not get any data on the phone. I could only get data when I was running on CM10.1. In case anyone else has similar issues I would suggest trying to get to another LTE tower and rebooting.
