Agree that it appears that data issues are likely VZW tweaking on the server side more than Moto firmware/hardware issues on the phones. Interesting that the level 1 tech support folks are authorized to replace phones so freely. Kinda gives you insight on what VZW margins must be. I'm extremely happy with my Bionic with the extended battery. It's a beast, but I know if I drop it again, I'll be SOL. The extra mass will almost guarantee the Gorilla glass shattering again (first time was a 2 foot drop that hit the lip of a beer bottle). I've seen a number of posts indicating it may be more fragile than past Droid glass. Asurion insurance was excellent however. Had an identical phone the next business day. Same minor issues and all. Well, when you're on the tech bleeding edge, you are a beta tester, whether you like it or not. Having this much computing and bandwidth in my pocket makes it just about worth it. Unless I break the sucker again. Especially when there are no decent cases available for extended battery yet.
