No Contract, so I can get ANY Droid - which one?

Now I see I can get the Atrix 4G for $100. Seems like a sweet price for that phone. (Amazon wireless)

The Droid X has tempted me as well, but I'm leery of getting locked into a 2 year contract on a more outdated phone. Right now it's a bit of a toss-up between the Atrix and the Nexus S. (Where the stock Android experience makes up for the older hardware!)
