Solved No audio with incoming calls/text

Need a little help. My girlfriends has an S4 on Straight Talk running Android 5.0.1, all stock. When someone calls or TEXT, the phone will not ring. (The incoming call screen appears as it should). I've checked all of her sound settings, changed the ringtone and still no luck. I've done a battery pull, still no luck. I have a Moto Droid Maxx now, I used to have a S3, it's been a while since I've dealt with Samsung, so any advice is greatly appreciated. TIA

It seems that you've already checked the obvious. From the phone app, check the call settings in there. Make sure that is not set to silent. Does she get any audio through the speakers? Is it possible the speakers don't work?

Did some googling and see this is not a new problem. Read a few forums. Went thru her apps and started deleting apps one by one while test calling. The culprit was a block call/sms app. Deleted it, did a test call and voilà!!! It works.
