I've rebooted, pulled the battery, installed the extended battery with its cover and I'm still only getting 0.25 Mbps with Speedtest and FCCtest. I hate to whine but I'm paying for 4G dang it. FWIW I got the latest OTA on stock Tbolt that I've had since June. The buzz is Verizon is having "issues".
Update
I was at the local tavern and asked if anyone was getting 4G from Verizon. A guy had a Droid Charge and had a great 4G connection. So we looked at "Settings" and found network changed to CDMA only,DUH. It took a couple minutes but soon all was well. Speedtest - 25Mbps
Between OTA and reboots this critical setting changed.
