Nhl gamecenter live free on bionic?

I just downloaded NHL gamecenter live for free on my droid bionic. Is this legit, free live games on my phone. The app didnt ask for any permissions to charge my gmail account and the tab said free...

I dont have direct tv or anything but it let me download it for free. Will i get charged whenever the make it a pay app again or am i good since i already downloaded it. Did you download it for free?

Are you sure it is the 2011 version? They updated 2010 for the off season but I havent seen 2011 except on the official NHL Gamecenter site.

Your right, its still the 2010 version... if they update it i should be still able to upgrade without having to pay since i already have the main file downloaded? Which hopefuly is today considering the season starts in7hrs

I just tried this and it doesn't work, i'm using a Bionic. Last sesason I had a Droid X and there was a hack version that allowed full access to all the games live, even those in the blackout area if you used a program called location spoofer. Is there a hacked version for this season?

There is free verizon version. Supposed to include video for nbc game of the week. Don't know if that is just the sunday game or the nbc sports/versus. Tried it tonight. Video highlights worked but the nbc sports game just hung.

It includes NHL news and highlights
To get the live games you have to have a paid for account on NHL.com
Price was 159 at the start of the season but goes down at certain times
I do have the center ice paid account and the games play really well on lan & 4g a bit laggy on 3g

The new verizon version is supposed to include the nbc national games similar to the nfl app. (Free on 4g phones).
Yesterday the nbc games showed up in red but streaming hung. Today they dont but game 3 min preview does. Hoping they get it straightened out.
