Nexus or S3

I'm thinking of switching back to a droid from an iPhone and am debating on which one to get. I've always had great luck with any Samsung Product i've ever had so I'm looking at getting one of the Samsung droids. I've been looking at the two of them and they both look pretty good I'd like to get some input from owners of these devices.

I'll spare you my Droid vs. Android rant, just please quit calling it a Droid.

What are your intentions with your new device?

• Do you like to hack and customize?
• Is pure Android important to you?
• Do you like custom UI's (Samsung Touchwiz to be specific)?
• Do you want the best specs available?
• Do you need a good camera?
• Do you need better battery life?

Answer as many of those as you can and I'll give you my honest opinion. Coming from an iPhone, I think I already know the answer...
