    Here's an interesting video showing that the connectivity issues may be in fact HARDWARE related.

    To be more precise it appears that the issue is the antennae placement.

    Buyer beware.

    Wow... interesting, it's not like HTC to miss something like that. But then there's no telling how much influence Google had over the phone so it may not be on HTC.

    I've seen, but can't confirm that the 'chin' on our Droids is there to allow the antenna complete clearance/isolation from other parts of the phone.

    Wow...Is that only when users are cradling the chin of it, or are people experiencing signal issues with it when they are holding it up to their ear too?

    rgrmatt69 on his blog he says:

    "How come 3bars of 3G just disappear every time you pick up the phone??? I also had a number of crashes when answering calls. Swiping the green answer button just stopped mid way and the phone hung. Perhaps this is related to temporarily losing network connection when switching to Edge after I pick up the phone. This is infuriating to say the least!"

    im guessing there is no way in hell this gets fixed in time for the verizon release even if they admit to it in the first place.

    lol at google providiing all those videos on how they created the perfect phone and then messed up on something like that, lol. all those tests for nothing.

    I'm starting to see this more and more as HTC phones seem to keep popping up with little to differentiate.
