Nexus 6 updated to LMY47E

    As pointed out by @Sydman here, Google released the factory images for the Nexus 6 updating it to LMY47E. Being the difference is just one letter the update is likely a minor one. If you want to grab the latest update you can head over to Google's website and manually install it through fastboot.

    i just installed it, I was waiting around for OTA to drop but got tired of waiting. So far 5.1 seems quicker then 5.0 and I like it.

    A lot of people say it seems quicker. I have heard rumors it is because it takes better advantage of multi-core processors.

    Definitely fast... Running custom stock even faster... But I'm not a 4 core believer... Running custom kernel with stock... Profit

    Is that a rom or did you just tweak stock rooted yourself?

    I'm running MeanPop which is stock with a few tweaks by MikeyXda.. But there is also a deodex stock file ROM which is off OTA.... Also CleanRom will be coming in a few days which is also stock...

    Stock rooted... You would need to update radios /firmware separate... It's in OP of this thread

    Radio /firmware is done in fastboot but I'm sure someone will have flash zip for TWRP soon..
