Nexus 6 increasing ring volume

Is it possible to disable the increasing ring volume on the Nexus 6? I'd like the volume to be the same from the instant the ringtone begins.

Used the Disable Increasing Ring app on the Galaxy S4 and it worked extremely well. Doesn't work here with the Nexus though.

I've not seen a mod yet for it.. Possible some custom ROM might have it.. I'm with you.. rather have it even start to finish.
