Hi there, I'm new to the droid and so far I'm not terribly wild about this phone! I like the concept but it doesn't have me screaming for joy!:icon_ banana:

I couldn't use it for the first 24 hours because it would not make or recieve calls or text messages. If I hit my cheek just right it disconnects the call or mutes it and that makes me crazy because you can't hold this phone to your shoulder and use both of your hands. I need more time with this phone but I'm tempted to exchange it for something more user friendly.

Kind of on the same topic, although I absolutely love the phone, if I hold the phone on my shoulder and tilt my head to hold it in place, in the event I need to free up both hands people can't hear me. its not mute, but it was described as 'low quality AM radio'

check your settings the phone should disable the screen when its close to your face atleast on the moto droid it does
