newbie with milestone x2

Hi, just jumped from blackberry. New to the forum. Just got a millstone x2 from Alltel. Don't see s anything about this phone on this forum. Am I not educated on the name? I see a Droid 2, would that be similar? Still not sure on the difference of Droid vs Android. Sorry so ignorant. Could someone Put me in a joyous direction to learn? Thanks in advance
