Newbie Intro

Hi everyone, I have had my Droid since just before Christmas and I love it.
I work as a commercial construction inspector and am in the field a lot, so the Droid is a productive tool for me. This site seems very friendly. I am not a real computer expert, but I do OCD over my phone when I cannot figure something out, like forwarding e-mail text that I received on my Droid. My first post had to be edited by someone so it was readable. I hope to get the hang of this site because it is obvious there is a lot of good info and a lot of smart people. :motdroidvert: Any help with my first post would be greatly appreciated even if it is a silly question.

Welcome aboard! If you are looking to forward an email and are in the gmail app just scroll down and forward it. There is no way to cut and paste that text out though. If you are using something else for mail, let us know.

Using email app on phone

Christim,
Thanks so much for your reply. I am using the email app that
came on the phone and set up my pop 3 work account. I don't have much
problem with GMAIL. I just keep my private email seperate from my
work email.
