Newbie asks: How to get my pictures from my Tbolt to my computer?

I've taken pictures, and can see them and email them using the Gallery app.
If I connect the Tbolt to my laptop using the usb port, I can't see where the pictures are.

What do I need to do?

If your pc has Bluetooth use it... That's how I transfer files anyway...

There is a great app called dropbox you can switch stuff from computer to phone or vice versa. No wires. If I find something neat on computer and I want to show friends, I put it in dropbox and I can access it on phone. It works other way also for pictures and movies taken with phone.
