Newb Question on 2.2 and 2.3

    So 2.2 stock = Froyo & 2.3 stock = Gingerbread?

    Trying to get all this **** down dancedroid

    Froyo and Gingerbread are just names for the version of Android operating system that you are on. Even if it isn't stock, as long as its 2.2 or 2.3, it will be called Froyo and Gingerbread respectively

    Okay cool....right now I'm on stock Froyo trying to get to Gingerbread. Made the mistake of deleting stock apps LOL, in the process of getting that fixed thanks to the help of you guys!
