I'm not saying you're SOL yet, you might need to go over to the forum where the developer of the utility hangs out. They might be able to tell you something over there. But see what happens with the 1.8 version first. I'm curious to know.

When you fastboot flashed the GB files did it complete? Did you get INFO validation errors? If yes to both you should be able to fastboot flash the 211 boot.img and then the 211 update in stock recovery.

The ICS fastboot files for the razr were also just released. I would try that first.

When i tried to flash GB there were multiple files that failed. Knew something bad was gonna happen haha

Ok the message im getting is ' moto-fastboot ' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
