New User Droid 2

Hi, New Droid 2 user and i love this phone. I already have had some questions and people here have been soooo helpful.........thanks.
I'm sure i will have more questions :icon_eek:

One thing i wish i never did was add my Facebook, now i have all my friends on there from facebook and i really don't want them there.........i've been reading there is nothing i can do about that, is that true?? I've read about "root" and have NO idea about that, so I wouldn't even attempt to hack into it dancedroid

Welcome! Glad you joined us. I do not use FB so I'm not sure if you can or can not remove. Since it is an app I would believe it would be removable. Here are a few links on rooting:

Enjoy your stay with us. Like you already stated there are many helpful people here. As for the facebook I believe that once you add that account on your phone your friends are automatically added as contacts. If you remove the account from your phone you might be able to remove them or it might automatically be done. I'm knot 100% sure as I do not have a facebook.
