Good news guys, I called about two hours ago and got this deal no questions asked. Spoke with a very friendly guy who knew right away the deal I was referring to and said there shouldn't be any problem getting me the deal since I was a loyal Verizon customer (I already have a Verizon plan through work). I got the 1400 family plan w/ 2 phones unlimited text and data. Will also get my 15% work discount applied. Went with a Droid X and a Droid 2 for $200 after rebate. So keep on trying if you haven't had any luck yet!

That may work for some, but at least for me they checked and said "We don't have a record of sending you this e-mail".

Well I got that plan too. 1400,unlimited text and data,2 global's 110 hehe!,oh yeah and the 10 friends nice :>) .. yeah that's pretty good..

BTW: Am still on an alltel smartchoice plan & this is the first time they have not tried to get me off of it and on to a vz plan. I was lost for words.....

I also enrolled in the plan and got the 1400 minutes and so forth. But one
thing I want to point out to all Forum Members, these plans will be ending
at the end of this month and will not be available again. They are going
to something else but the guy did not tell me what it was so I guess we
will have to see if it's any better than this. Your up-grade date will
still remain the same, in this current plan, that did not change. So all of
you that are on the fence make the jump if you want it.

I jist told them I was a member of the Droid Forums and that someone
had recieved a notification of these plans and that I wanted to jump
on it while it was still available. This plan will save me about $50.00 a
month as my wife is so busy texting and e-mailing I get hit with big
overcharges. Have fun & be safe.

Just curious...my company had a 15% discount which I thought was nice, then found out [COLOR=#812528 !important][COLOR=#812528 !important]my [COLOR=#812528 !important]wife[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] who is a school [COLOR=#812528 !important][COLOR=#812528 !important]teacher[/COLOR][/COLOR] and qualifies for a state of Texas employee discount gets 25% off...I havent seen one bigger than that but I am sure they are out there..
