New to the forms

I just recently had my service shut off. Is there an app for making calls?? Google voice and skype won't work without service. Help?

You can not make calls without a data plan I believe. You would have to connect to a wifi connection and find and app that can make calles over a wifi connection. You can use Gtalk to message over a wifi connection, but only with other gtalkers I think.
