new to ICS, where is the backup assistant?

i want to restore my contacts after downloading the ICS hack. but when i started up my phone, it wouldn't connect to the server, so it skipped the contacts restore function. How do I do that manually? I don't want to update the contacts on the server with the few contacts I have in here now (losing all my original contacts from yesterday).

Go to settings, Accounts and Sync, you will see Backup Assistant Plus. And it's not an ICS hack. By the way, your welcome.
