So Here is whats going on I am stuck with this rom from rom manager. For some reason my DM updater doesnt work. When I open it it says "looks like your phone is rooted, but you have not given DM Updater access yet. You *must* check the remember box!"
When I open SU ninja its just black.
When I open rom manager and try to "flash clockworkmod recovery" it loads all the way the the end then says "an error occurred while attempting to run privileged commands!"
Also my terminal emulator doesnt work.

if the UD update.zip is on your sdcard boot to recovery and pick install zip from sd. i would wipe data and cache before flashing the rom for a clean install.

ok good news DM Updater works, rom manager works and set cpu works! but my power button will still not let my screen sleep.

Will the screen go to sleep based on the time setting you have in place?

yes it does,

So if the screen is off and i hit the power button i see the lock screen, if i hit the power button again the screen turns off *like normal* but if i unlock the phone and use it like normal i have to wait for the screen to time-out before it lock again. This is just a little bit of a pain in the ass because I cant put my phone away till after the screen times out

This is not the solution but at least, for now, your phone will sleep. We'll keep looking for a permanent solution.

Might I suggest flashing a new ROM or doing a factory data reset in setting: privacy. Sometimes a simple solution is the best.

Well I went from clock work to ultimate droid and still have the same problem. I also did the factory reset before and it didnt help

Maybe if I go back to stock?
