How so?? whats your question pretaining too?? There's an apps section, a hacking and hacking help section..a Rescue Squad section for rooted and non rooted phones. Generel section for general questions.....

Just in general if I have a new question about my phone. Where do I go to post a new thread?

If its a general "how to use" question post in the general discussion forum. If its a question concerning a hack, the Hacking forum, if it's a specific ROM post in that ROMs forum. The site is laid out pretty simply. Posting questions in the intro area will not get answered very quickly or even noticed sometimes.
