It will have full access to the Google Play Store, but I doubt it will access to Amazon's appstore, if that is what you meant.

why wouldn't it have access to the amazon store? I've always just installed the apk on my phone.... so you could probably download the apk, install it, and have full access to the amazon app store...

at least I don't see why not.

I ordered one. Not because I need another tablet (my kindle fire works great for me). But because of the price. Even if it is not what I would expect it still is running ICS.
