New phone ideas please

Coming out of a Razr M which I did like. Main thing is it's size. Would be willing to consider the Maxx size but if smaller is available with good features, then great. I won't root unless it's easy and only to remove bloat. Custom Roms etc are no big thing to me. Would like for the camera to be at least good. The camera in the M was fine as far as I'm concerned. Better would be fine. Ruggedness and water resistance is helpful, as I'm into a lot of outdoor sports and activities but the Casio was never in the scene because it plain sucked. Good battery life is certainly a plus since I'll be standing in a stream for hours or days at a time fishing.
Oh and I'm on Verizon. Well, it's better than AT&T... lol.

Are you buying any smartphone? Then i suggest you go to Motorola phone becasue it has good technical features which is eye catching.
