new need help droid x

my droid x will not turn on just keeps repeating the same screen phone went dead pluged in to wall to charge and this happend this is a stock phone help please

Sounds like a dead battery, which will still not turn on even if plugged into an AC Charger.
Let it sit for a few hours...

it sat all night with battery out when i plug charger in it says 70 percent

What screen is it stuck on, and where do you see that it's at 70% if it won't turn on?

well when i take the battery out and put it back in if i plug the charger in it says 70 batterythen when i turn it on it showes the M and goes to the red eye then droid then eye then droid it just keeps doing that

I was talking on it and some texting it went dead and i pluged it in to wall charger

no it sat all night with battery out has been charging for 2 hrs with out use

Let it sit plugged into the wall charger and the battery IN, for multiple hours, eventually it will boot.

I took phoneback this morning and they replacedit with new one they said that they hadnt seen a droid x do this before oh well I got a new phone thnks to all
