Ok, so I got the apk of the new market and flashed it on my OG droid. It worked great and then every now and then it will go back to the old market and I have to reflash the new market apk. Why is this? Is something causing this? Thanks guys

Lets get our terminology correct. You downloaded and installed the new Market, you didn't flash it. I'm not correcting you to be a wise guy. I just want to make sure we are on the same page. If you somehow managed to Flash an apk file, well that would be doing something.

Ok having said that my recommendation is simple. Uninstall and reinstall. I suggest you install by dropping it on your SD card and install it using something like Linda or Astro File manager.

If you already have done the is then I think you got a bad file.

Thank you. I appreciate the correction and do not view it as being a wise guy. Thanks hook. Will do what you have said. Thanks!
