That would be special themes for rooted users. I suppose you have a stock phone. So do I.

Are you looking for backgrounds? Because there is a great app in the market called "backgrounds" that is free. Also if you look in the market you can find live wallpaper for your Droid (I'm assuming you have a Moto Droid or Incredible.)

There should also be other examples of themes, skins in that section I sent you too. Have a look around. If you want to root your phone that's a bit complicated depending on how computer savvy you are.
