New guy on the Block

Hey, have a Samsung Fascinate for a month. Came from Blackberry world. Love almost everything about phone but contacts are kicking my butt. I have a couple hundreds duplicate contacts in a group called not assigned. Can someone tell me how to delete them? Thanks

Welcome to the forum. I don't own a Fascinate though so not sure what happened there.

You could try going into setting: applications: manage apps: select all up top. Find contacts and contacts storage. Open those and clear data for both. Back out and resync and see if that helps

thanks jstafford1, tried it that didn't work. I can create and delete new groups but can't delete the group called NOT ASSIGNED.
