1. You want that $100.00 in your pocket or an Amazon Fire TV don't you? Well here's the deal. With our new updated look we are in desperate need of an updated logo. The 'old' one has certainly served us well, but it's time. Find all the details here: bit.ly/1q0k6Wa

While not new to software development, I have never developed for a mobile device. I have a Droid phone (Samsung Vibrant) because my wife chose one for each of us :) (and of course it's the right choice). Generally I like having things my way, even if my way isn't better. I hope to learn Droid development so I can have some apps that suit me, but also to learn a new environment and keep current. Thanks for the site.

Welcome. Just for the sake of clarity, you may want to refer to the OS as "Android" instead of just "Droid" (if I'm understanding what you're saying that is), and use the latter only for the Motorola Droid phone. Other than that, hope you enjoy your new phone.

    Thanks

I've learned something already. I do appreciate your pointing that out. And I can leave off the Samsung and still be clear.
