I just received my Droid 4 from Verizon, coming from an LG Ally. My contacts all loaded from my gmail account, and look fine when I scroll through them. However, if I open up text messaging and type in a contact's name, all the phone numbers for that person come up listed as "Custom," rather than "Home" or "Mobile." As a result, I don't know which number is the person's cell phone, unless I go back into Contacts and look at the numbers there.
Is there some way to fix this? Has anyone else seen this happen? Any advice would be welcome.
