I need to know how to set up the outgoing message so if I don't answer, the caller will know who he called. Then I need to know how to access voicemail to see the message left by the caller.

You might also find "Google Voice" beneficial, it is a voice mail alternative that transcribes your voicemails and keeps record of them online via your google account
