New Battery Icon for Rooted 2.1 Eris!!!

** I did not make this icon set, and i can't give credit where credit is due because i do not know who did make it. I obtained it from Blackdroid's Ultimate Droid 7.8 mod for the Motorola Droid, but I am under the impression he didn't even make this... **

**** DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PUSH THIS TO MOTO DROID!!! ****

Instructions:

1) Download file from above
2) Rename file to "framework-res.apk" (without quotes)
3) Connect the phone to your computer and use ADB to push the file

adb shell mount -o rw,remount /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
adb push framework-res.apk /system/framework/

Your phone will freeze up solid. DON'T PANIC!!! The phone will reboot itself after a few seconds. If it does not reboot after 60 seconds, feel free to pull the battery.

After the reboot you will notice the battery icon has indeed changed.

Force closed

I can see it in the background, but it just kept causing force closes and my phone could not start up.... I had to run restore .... so did not work for me...

i just had the same problem.

crashed my device running Evil Eris V1.1 & Sense-Able 2.0

Very cool, thanks. I may change the coloring a bit for the mid level charge and push to my phone. I'm just still hung up on the icons I have now
