Bubble Launcher is a new home screen interface for your Android device. It is an "always on top" side bar launcher. It can be used to over the top of any opened application. There is a "starter halo spot" that floats and can be opened from any screen. The launcher comes with a standard list view and circle halo knob. A swipe left opens the circle launcher, a swipe up opens settings, and a swipe down will open app-list-launcher. This launcher also fully supports HALO from Paranoid Android. This app is available to you for free at the XDA link below. There is also a paid full version of the app on the PlayStore.
