I have no idea what this means. BBC app? Care to explain?

Our english brethren's tv , they also have BBC-America on some cable systems.

It could just be a news app. I don't know. Having BBC TV would be nice though.

Ya looks like focus on news and sports, but it does seems to say they will support live video streaming, so it could just be the beginning of something bigger.

Yea, I wonder the same thing as well. I check the one thats already out on my phone regularly too.

The difference is that this is an authorized app directly FROM one of the largest news organizations in the world.

Nice to see more big companies jumping in.
