new 4g area

I just picked up 4glte in my area for the first time. Yay! Just wanted to celebrate a Bit

I figure i can use the thunderbolt on/off app to save on battery. And when i want speed I'll just switch over to 4g.

Hmm.... No more 4g. After a while it went back to 3g but if i would switch to LTE only it would pick it up but not maintain a connection. Now it's gone completely

Thats what it is like when it is in testing mode. You will be live in a couple weeks most likely. I experienced the same thing when my area was close to the 4G implementation

I don't even use the 4 G that often. And I have the Droid Bionic. There's really no need for 4 G speed unless your streaming videos music or you're downloading a lot of stuff.

I agree. It's just nice to have the option. I was surprised to see out because we weren't included in the list of new 4g areas that were coming soon
