Don't want to clog up the forum with two threads on my first go, but if I must I will upon request. Issue #1: Phone won't stay on wifi. Not reliably. Sometimes it will, most of the time I will connect to the router and it will constantly flicker on and off with "Connection Detected" in the notifications bar. Router is protected by WPA/WPA2. I type in the proper password, and continues to flash "Obtaining IP". It will flash sporadically, on and off like crazy. Then connect, just to lose connection later. Originally we thought this was due to it being a Hidden SSID. Though I had the exact same problem as above, I was sometimes able to stay online with the phone on wifi. Sometimes for hours. However I got tired of manually searching for it every time I wanted to get on since the phone just refused to KEEP the IP address. So we turned the broadcast on~ thinking that would solve the issue. It hasn't. I'm getting pretty fed up with it. I don't get good signal here either, and being on 3g data is absolutely useless where I am at. I can't get squat for signal for data even though it says 3g. (for voice, no problem) Is it broken? Do I return it? I'm still within 30 days of the phone, so perhaps I should exchange it? Issue #2: The phone reboots occasionally. For absolutely no reason whatsoever. It rebooted on me while on GPS Navigation today. Just rebooted and went back to desktop. Phone stats showed that it hadn't ever turned off either. Like it never freaking happened. This is the third time since I've owned it that I've witnessed this, but for all I know it happens in my pocket or on the desk while I'm not looking. Is the phone borked? What should I do? Note the phone is not rooted at all. Should I return it to Verizon for a new one?
