Need to un lock the phone -data is NOT enabled

I have an android phone.
I usually don’t connect internet ,so I keeps data enabled as un-ticked.

Unfortunately my kids got the phone and tried the unlocking pattern several times . :angry:
Now the phone is asking email and password .
What can I do to resolve this issue?

Your only option may be to boot into stock recovery and do a factory reset.

Connect to Wi-Fi and unlock it.

Unless he has toggles in his notification bar, he won't be able to turn it on without unlocking the phone.
