need to send a text conversation to email how?

how can i send a sms text conversation to a email address or copy and paste the whole thing. The one by one thing will not work

go to app market and search "sms backup" choose one you want and send that entire thread to your gmail account using that app. From there, there should be a way to forward or send it all
