A factory data reset will restore the apps which were on the phone when it was shipped. I confirmed this when I had a Bionic. As you probably know, a factory data reset does not affect your software version.

Factory data reset won't replace apps that have been removed, it will only return those apps installed to their factory state. So if you have missing APPS a FDR won't help, you will have to use RSD lite and the fastboot file for your system version.

I would use the latest version of RSD lite. If your phone still powers up you can go to Settings>About>And there you will see your system version. GB stands for Gingerbread which is the Android OS version your phone is on right now if you are still using a 2.3.6 system version.

I would not worry about those leaks, that is for people who are on ICS (Ice Cream Sandwhich) which is a newer Android OS.

The first two links I gave can be used to get the files you need, the third will give you instructions for using RSD lite. Just pay attention to that first part that is quoted from FoxKat.

That will put back missing files and leave your user installed apps alone. It will also return any apps that might have been modified to stock, IE root or custom theme or rom.

Yes you will lose root, and I don't think VooDoo will help you keep it but you can try. Re-rooting is easy enough though with the Razr utility.

Droid-Developers SBFSorry sent you the wrong one first time, this is your list. I would imagine you are going to want to use the one for .181 to get back to where you are now but again you need to check your system version.
